<text>The Utilities menu includes a menu item, "Export Text..." to help you transfer text between this stack, other stacks and application programs (such as word processors, databases, or spreadsheets). Export Text copies the appointments and notes in this stack into a new text file. The default name for the text file unless you specify differently is "Appointments Text File". Export Text creates a text file in the following format: • Title field, filled-in AM Appointments with their attached notes (if any) and filled-in PM Appointments with their attached notes (if any). • In the text file, one card’s information is separated from that of the next card by two return characters.</text>

<text>You can use this stack to keep track of your daily schedule. Each card is assigned to one day. There are two ways to go to a specific day in Appointments: • Choose Go to a Day from the Utilities menu. • Click the calendar in Appointments to browse to a day. If a card for the day you want doesn’t exist in Appointments, you’ll be asked if you want that card created for you.</text>
